Exercise:

15 min Sworkit intense cardio on empty stomach
15 min MS Yoga video (intro)
10 min Sworkit stretching

sleep:

10:45 pm - 5:45 am with 1 wake up to pee at 5:00a

Diet:

45 g plant protein after workout (12 hours fasting) w water and almond milk and coffee
1 toast w tablespoon flax oil, turmeric, pepper (ftp)
1 toast w pb (peanut butter)
5 ml clo (cod liver oil) w normal vitamins
Chicken breast, ftp toast, grapes, Apple, orange
4 triscuits
Turkey burger (3 sat) w fruit, avocado, lettuce, tomato, pickle

Activities:

Normal workday, date night

Felt:
Ok, balance not super
