Jan 30

Exercise:

5 min sworkit warmup cardio
4 sets 7 each 100lb bench
3 sets laying legs lifts (40, 40, 50)
3 sets standing 1 leg bouncing (2 min per leg per set holding for balance as needed)
3 x chin up / head bumps
5 min sworkit cool down stretch

sleep:

1:00 am - 10:00 am

Diet:

51 g plant protein after workout (13 hours fasting) w water and and coffee
1 toast w tablespoon flax oil, turmeric, pepper (ftp)
5 ml clo (cod liver oil) w normal vitamins
Pretzels
Turkey breast spaghetti and olive oil garlic bread

Activities:

slept in, Jameson's bb game, visit Tom,

Exercise:  day off

sleep:

11:30 - 9:00

Diet:

40g plant protein after (13 hours fasting) w water and and coffee
1 toast w tablespoon flax oil, turmeric, pepper (ftp)
5 ml clo (cod liver oil) w normal vitamins
Tuna sand
Mexican vegetables chicken bean soup

Activities:
Shopping, chess, cleaning, conflict

Exercise:

30 min Ms yoga on empty stomach
2 x 10 min Sworkit stretching

sleep:

10:30 pm - 5:50 am with lots of wake  ups

Diet:

60 protein after workout (12 hours fasting) w water
5 ml clo (cod liver oil) w normal vitamins
Chicken breast vege bean soup

Dinner tbd

Activities- normal work day, ruhi
